What can Mobile Service do in my driveway?
Oil and filter changes, brakes, batteries, bulbs, initial diagnostics, eligible Ford recalls, and most light repair and maintenance. If it can be fixed in the field, we will. Lift work and engine or transmission repair go to the shop — and we can pick the vehicle up for that.
Does it cost more than coming to the shop?
No. Same price as our Kent service department. No trip fee, no mobile surcharge.
How far will you travel?
No fixed radius. South King County and Puget Sound daily; scheduled routes to Everett and Eastern Washington for fleets. If we can line up the work, we'll come.
Do you service non-Ford vehicles?
Yes — all makes and models for maintenance and light repair. Recall work is Ford only, since only Ford dealers can perform Ford recalls.
Can a recall be done by Mobile Service?
Many can, especially software updates and field-eligible parts. Call with your VIN and we'll confirm whether yours qualifies. More on recalls →
When does the van run?
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Limited Saturday availability, mainly for fleet site visits — ask when you call.

Yes. The same factory-trained, Ford-certified technicians as our Kent shop, with genuine Motorcraft® parts.
