He was very quick with his responses and made me a walk-through video of the car immediately without me even having to ask. These guys are great. First of all, they KNOW the cars they sell. There wasn't a single question I asked that they couldn't answer. Secondly, they aren't a high pressure dealer. I got a fair price on an amazing SUV. All the stuff other dealers try to up-charge you for (Nitrogen tire fills, clear coating, etc.) came free from these guys. Jason, Brandon, and Rob were all fantastic. When you go there, ask for any of these guys and you'll be treated right.
