How do I custom factory order a new Ford?

Submit your request by clicking “Start Your Custom Order.” Include your vehicle preferences in the comments section. An Ordering Specialist will reach out to help you build your vehicle using our Build Tool. Once your build is perfected, we will submit your order. Then it will be ready for Ford to schedule, produce, and deliver!

How long will it take to have my vehicle delivered?

Lead times vary by model and configuration. Most vehicles take at least 2-3 months from order to delivery with some of our most popular models taking 4+ months.

Are there charges up front to order a vehicle?

We require a deposit to place your order. Once your vehicle arrives, that deposit will be put toward your purchase. The amount of the deposit varies by model and configuration – our Ordering Specialists will be happy let you know the deposit amount for your order.

Are there any extra costs to order a vehicle?

Your new Ford will be sold at MSRP, guaranteed! Your purchase costs will include your vehicle at MSRP plus sales tax, licensing, and a $150 doc fee may be added to the purchase price. We do not charge any Additional Dealer Markups on custom orders.

When do I pay for my vehicle?

You will pay for your new Ford once it arrives at the dealership. At that point, our Finance Team will be happy to discuss payment options with you including financing, leasing, and paying up front. We are partnered with many banks and credit unions so we can help you shop the best rates!

Is my ordered vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?

You will have the option to apply the incentives that were available at your time of order or the incentives available at your time of purchase. Your Ordering Specialist will be happy to go over your options at time of purchase.

When do I get a VIN to track my order?

When Ford selects your order for scheduling, you will be given a Build Week and a VIN. You can use the VIN to track your vehicle’s progress through production and transit. The tracking tool is linked here:

How will I be notified when the vehicle is being delivered?

Once your vehicle has been produced it will move into transit. Ford will email you to give you an ETA for arrival at our dealership. Once it arrives, we will reach out to you to collect any additional information and schedule a pickup time.

How much does this cost?

This warranty protection is provided at no extra cost to you. It's included with qualifying vehicles.

Is there anything extra I have to do to maintain the warranty?

No. Just perform the manufacturer's recommended maintenance defined in your owner's manual and keep all your records showing required services were performed. If you use our Service Department for your maintenance, we'll do the record keeping for you.

What's covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

The components covered include these major component groups: engine; transmission/transfer case; and all wheel drive/drivetrain assembly. For complete details see our Lifetime Warranty Certificate included at the time of your vehicle purchase.

How long is the Limited Lifetime Warranty good for?

It's good for unlimited miles and unlimited time; as long as you own the vehicle.

Do I have to take my car to the dealership for warranty work?

Not at all. If you find yourself broken down too far from our location, our administrator would be happy to find a qualified service facility near you.
